Kevin served as a dedicated staff member for my wife, former City Councillor Cynthia Lai. Through his work in our office, he developed a strong understanding of the needs and concerns of Scarborough North residents and worked diligently to advance community priorities.
After Cynthia’s passing in 2022, Kevin continued to stand with and serve residents with dedication and integrity, even outside of government. His commitment to the community did not end when his official role did.
Having witnessed his work firsthand, I believe Kevin has the experience, compassion, and commitment needed to be an effective voice for Scarborough North at City Hall.
